Maybe it's my fault, but I purchased the vehicle and it needed a new heater core. It was leaking coolant and was an issue I believe should have been taken care of at the dealership before sale as this was over $1,000 to repair.
We were looking for a vehicle for my son to take back to school with him. We saw a truck at Northway Auto Group. After speaking to Amanda we took the truck for a test ride. We asked her if we could have our mechanic look at the truck. They had no problem with that. After finding minor things with the truck we took the vehicle back with our list of things and they took care of them no questions asked. We were very comfortable purchasing the truck there and our son has the vehicle at his school and is loving it. Thank you so much Northway for taking such good care of our family.
Very nice lot with many nice cars. Found a rare car at a fair price. Donna was as nice and helpful as could be. GPS directions are a little wonky but don't get discouraged - it's worth looking for.
Just make sure to ask about such things at any dealership really. But overall I had a great experience. Donna and Kelcie are lovely points of contact and I would do it again.
