Employees are friendly and nice, but the management is horrendous. Constantly out of stock on items, and I'm not talking late at night, but out of stock on items before noon.
Don’t ask for a bagel toasted with butter because you’ll get a toasted bagel with cream cheese and then when you return it you’ll get a bagel not toasted freezing cold with a little bit of butter on one side of the bagel
You'd think that being in such a high traffic area that management would compensate for the influx of customers, but that doesn't happen.
There would be 4 or 5 stars for it not for the severely hazardous southbound only entrance. I've vome closr to being hit or hitting someone too many times. A lawsuit waiting to happen...
I agree they get orders wrong all the time. Three times I stated to have my sandwich on a ciaba and I still received it in flatbread.

I've been going to this location ever since it opened and I stop there nearly every day on my way to work. I'm lucky if I go a week without something being out of stock.
This is on my way to work but I’m not going to be able to stop anymore. A small iced coffee (emphasis in the ice) is now 3 dollars. And a medium is 3.30. It just went up a dollar over night. And more frequently than I want I have to tell them they got my order wrong. They don’t always take food allergy seriously
